Time limit on tier 4 urgent advice needed

I wanted to know on behalf of a family memeber
Total Time spent as tier 4 general
Feb 2011 to Nov 2012 - MA- level 7
Course was completed.

Can he get another masters 21 months +4 months by ukvi so total 25 months

How much time he has left in 5 year cap based on Feb 2011 to Nov 2012 masters course
Plz need urgent advise

Why does this simple calculation require advice? It is 5 years, minus the time he has already spent in the UK with a Tier 4 visa. Whatever is left is the maximum further time he can spend in the UK on a Tier 4 visa.
