Applying for Other Visa Categories After T1E and AR refusal

Hi all,

Just a couple of questions.

If an applicant have been refused T1E because he/she failed the genuine entrepreneur test and have also been refused after AR.

1) Can they reapply for a different visa category e.g Tier 4, Tier 2 or even dependent of Tier 2 migrant.

2) Does the applicant have to leave the UK before reapplying; if yes how soon can the applicant re-apply to come back to the UK.

3) What are the implications of this refusal to dependents currently working. i.e do they have to stop work.

You visa is not refused. What make you think that you will be refused.
After refusal you have open option to reapply but I don't think you can switch to student visa.
How long you are living in the uk?
Nearly 9 years?

You are not allowed to switch to Tier 4 in the UK.
For Tier 2 or PBS dependant you can apply within 14 days of AR refusal.

If you want to maintain your lawful stay, apply within 14 days of AR refusal OUTSIDE the UK

Hi zimba .. first of all many thanks for your help in this forum ..

I know main applicant cannot switch on student visa .. does dependent ( husband ) can go on student or work visa ..
