director Loan agreement

Hi I will start my investment to my company. My accountant advice that i should go to DL to prove that i invest the company instead of share capital. Can you advice which one is favorable by HO? Beside that who will prepare the director loan agreement? Solicitor or my self as director? Many Thanks all senior for help

There is no difference for HO.
You can do the DL yourself.

Look through the guidance on the evidence you will need at extension time and do the transfers accordingly
