Hi Guys,

In which case do we need to prove house is not over crowded, We are applying with 4 kids, and i am following below instructions, which is good enough for me, Do i need to show any docs for this.

NO OF ROOMS ..... PERMITTED NO OF PERSONS
.......... 1 ................................. 2
.......... 2 ................................. 3
.......... 3 ................................. 5
.......... 4 ................................. 7.5
.......... 5 ............................... 10

with an additional 2 persons for each room in excess of 5.
A child under the age of one does not count as a person. A child aged 1 - 10 years will count as only half a person.

How many bedrooms is the house??

Inspection report mostly required if house is in multiple occupancy or if shared with other family members.

You need to provide tenancy agreement / mortgage statement, title deeds if rented / owned. Also copy for council tax bill any additional utility bill etc.

Also, yes combine income is acceptable.

but you have have to show the same payslips like your company year end. for example if your company year end was April to April then you cannot show pay slips for the month of may, june, july, August, September.

ok that sucks. guess wasted the extra pay for nothing. Ok so just to confirm, I can apply under Category F/ G showing my £10k income from the last financial year and my wife can apply under the Category A where she was earning £10k as a salaried employee from my company and that should be all good?
