Email from BRP Error email ID

Today I have received below email from BRPError@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk.

Is this could be the reason my family members visa was not proceed ?

We have been advised of an error on your biometric residence permit (BRP). Unfortunately there was not sufficient time to amend the detail prior to the BRP being produced.
When you have collected your BRP, in order for the BRP to be corrected please could you return to the following address.

An amended BRP will be issued within 10 working days of receipt of your letter and will be delivered by a secure courier service.
