FLR(FP) 7 Year route - Please help

Hi,

My family and I have a visa through 7 years route and now I am waiting to apply for our extension.

Please can some one let me know the form I have to fill and how many forms i should fill for 4 people (two children and 2 adults)?

Also is it worth to apply on my own or do I need to go through a solicitor?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

In order to help, I think we'd have to know exactly what visa you have. In the rare circumstance that this visa is given, the 7 year visa is usually only given to the single caregiver of the child. The child themself may not even require a visa. So when you say that your family got a visa 'through (the) 7 years route', it's a bit confusing as this is not a family visa. What exact visa do you have? What visa do the children have?

We have LR visa; my husband, British born daughter (5 year) and I was granted visa outside the Immigration Rules on the basis of Article 8 exceptional circumstances. My son, who didn't born in the UK but live 7 years received Private life – 10 year route to settlement Visa. Now he is in the UK 10 years.

Since my visa due to be expired in December I thought I will prepare the application for extension now.

Is it very difficult to understand as I am still waiting for some information?

Our visa expiring in December and I need to prepare all the documents need for the application, I hope some one can give me some clue.

What form did you fill originally to get leave to remain?

You would need the same sort of documents as you did before.

We have LR visa

There is no visa called LR. What exactly do your visas state?
