In need of self & spouse original credentials!

Hi members,

I need your advice in respect of how to collect self and spouse original documents back from home office. my hsmp application was received on the 5th october, 2004. But i belive is yet tobe treated since it takes minimum of 6 months to get a reply form home office.

My spouse is in need of her certificates badly. She is in the process of changing her job and she needs these docs for verification. I also need my certificates. my company policy is that if you have any type of loan you must submit your credentials to the company secretary for keeps and my company secretary is already raising eyebrows for me. he is claiming that i've been with the documents over six months now cos i collected them before postng my application to Home office.

Kindly advice.

Yedi,

Get a letter from your secretary requesting the documents and send that to the HO along with the photocopies of all the docs you submitted for your HSMP application. the HO should oblige because the docs are with them for sufficient time for verification.

just write to them and tell them you need the certificates back urgently, if you can phone them and they will send your documents back. how quickly though is another matter

Delay may occur because your documents may not be checked if your application is not yet with a caseworker.

Hi,

thanks guys for your reply. Just to inform you that i mailed the HO yesterday in respect of the subject matter.

i received their reply informing me that my spouse and self original certificates have been posted to me by 1st class airmail. and that my application is still awaiting allocation to a case worker.

how long are we going to wait ( june'04-oct'04) applicants. pls lets do something about this prolonged delay.
