(URGENT) another company overtaking my employer

Hello,

Just got to know my employer is changing the liability of the company or another company is overtaking it.

All the Teir 2 employees will b transferred under the new company.

I am due for ILR next year. Will it create any problem?

If everything is done as per the rules, TUPE is applied, new company applies for licence, and trasnfers the employees over, then no problem

2. What is TUPE?

3. New company applies for license.... my employer has applied an application but not sure which application is it.

4. What would be the first step to do so? Si that I can guide my employer? But I am sure he already knew it what to do.
