the payment for mine was taken on the 25th of July, the rest of the process is on my signature, so yes, something is not right with your application.
Send an email to eurobiometrics@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk
and tell them you didn't receive your letter for the biometrics, it should trigger a response
hope it helps
Timeline:
Fourth application sent 21.07.17
HO received 24.07.17
Paid on 25.07.17
Biometrics 23.08.17
COA received 07.09.17
Passports received 07.09.16
Status: Decided on 10.11.17
Documents returned 13.11.17 dated 09
RC 13.11.17 dated 09

If you received the confirmation e-mail on 14/08/27, you need to wait at least 6 weeks so yours is only over 6 weeks as of now. I have seen people to get Bio letter 8 to 10 weeks thanks to Brexit. I have received my confirmation e-mail on 18/08/2017 so we all have to wait another 4 weeks before trying to contact HO further. :)

MP = Member of Parliament for your local area.

You need to go to http://www.parliament.uk/ and search your Constituency. That is all!

Check for the person who won last elections in your local area, you can find there Office number online. Give them a call and tell them your situation, they are the one who can help you more better and quicker.

Hi all,

I am waiting for biomatric letter too .I received ukba email on 10/10/17 within a week of submitting documents. But after email status is still there “ awaiting a decision” and status update date is still same 10 Oct. No movement from HO after email . Can any guru advise me what should I do ? It’s Retain of rights application after divorce from EEA spouse.

After HO Email, you need to wait 6-12 weeks to receive bio-metrics. Mine arrived in 9 weeks. Good luck :)

I got an acknowledgment letter and biometric enrolment letter in the same envelope almost a week after I posted my application. Am surprised it came so early so what I want to know is that does it mean anything?
