Working from home in India on Tier 2 General visa

Hi all experts,

I am currently on Tier 2 General visa. I am planning to work from India for about a month and half (including some holidays as well). Would it be ok to work remotely from India? Also how long would it be ok when I'm out of UK.

Please share thoughts.

Note: If you are going to work outside UK for longer time (more than 4 weeks) your company should inform home office about this.
