Tier 1 Entrepreneur extension-ECS query

Hi All,

If third party (MY CLIENT) is checking ECS and my visa application is in process.Will it impact on my case? I never said yes to check but they checked it by them self without permission.

It shouldn't disqualify you.

Not sure if HO tracks that for applicants, but the worst case is that they ask you more questions.

If your client is interested in your immigration status, it is very likely that your are working for them in capacity of an employee (contract of service) which is not allowed under Tier 1E rules.
