f2k...
HSMP, ME?, It's my dream, I'm a WP holder working for half the market price........ I just need the HSMP to get into the market and start making some money......my HSMP will take until june or may....unless i get my job offer that is in discussion, I applied in August and a week later I discovered this board, inmediatelly decided to withdraw the application as I saw that I made a lot of mistakes and was going to be refused...TRY-ONE is the first attempt at the HSMP.....lets see how many I need :)

I have 3 recruiters working with my cv.....but it is slow because of the lack of HSMP, I'm trying to get the letter and at the same time I'm waiting for some originals sent from south america.... I need to add some docs to my HSMP application to make it watertight.......I have too much hanging in the HSMP...

Nice forum isnt it Try One. I found the forum on the day I had decided to mail my application. After reading some topics on the forum, I waited for another week and made a few changes. I think it has made a significant difference for my application. Hats off to the moderators and members who spend time here helping out others.

Is is perfect because gives you first hand access to information, situations from real life, people teling you the stories.
I remember the solicitor that my employer used for the WP, they guy was clueless, I think is better if the applicant has access to information and can decide what to do, I'm sure my application would have been denied by the HSMP team, now at least I know what to expect..ll you should have seen my employment reference letters, 2 pages long describing every single requisite...and with a conclusion paragraph :"the role is a senior role and involves....." etc....

i also just found this board recently, and wish i had before i made my application. i think it helped that i had a job offer so the caseworker was willing to request for further information, otherwise i probably would have been refused straightaway.

I will try that....My reference number:"Your reference number is 0238XX", I think they reused the code, I withdraw my application, so maybe they kept the number.....(lets hope they think is a july application and they solve this quicly)....I reapplied...

Guys,

i was almost losing it when try one quoted his ref. no. as 0238XX submitted recently! i am glad this was later clarified as a re-submission. i submitted 2nd august while payment was deducted by HO 6th august with same ref 0238XX. i had to submit additional docs recently from current employer to justify senior position, already received by HO. like everyone else, the fingers are still crossed!!!

lightpace,

It has been a frustrating time to say the least for many of us here. Just hold on tight. God willing things will turn out just right. Just a matter of time. Hopefully the steps HO is taking will in the long term result in faster processing of the applications.

I don't know how much I got, but enough to send me a positive decision. Good luck to you too!
