I have submitted my AN form through NCS. the lady was very cooperative. checked the form page by page. she took my documents like my ILR, passport, life in the uk, english language and pictures step by step for AN form and later for passport application.
Once she is happy for all documents, she said to wait in the waiting room, after 10 minutes she has returned back all original documents after having photocopies.

she said, if i don't have that number then my application would be delayed. I tried to contact to office and colleagues from NCS but no luck. she has given me 30 minutes if i can find out then she is happy to write in my form and then will submit my application, i have checked in my email, salary slips and contact other colleagues as well, but no one was able to provide me in such short notice.
finally i ask her, would my application refused due to that, she said hopefully no.
i need opinion on members, how to send them
