Tier 2 general dependent visa query

I am a tier 2 general visa holder since january 2016 and i would like to sponsor my husband to be my dependent here in the uk in december. I am just confused on the maintenance requirement. Should it be £1575 (£945 + £630) or £630 only that needs to be maintained for 3 months? Need help. Many thanks

£630 only maintained for 90 days min.
Or a letter from employer saying they will maintain the dependent for at least 1 month for an expense up to £630

One more question though, do I still need to ask a letter from our landlord when Our tenancy agreement have my husband's name already included on it? Many thanks

not really.
If you stay at shared accommodation, and can get a letter from him easily to say he can stay at the house, fine.. otherwise dont worry
If it is an entire proerty on your name, no real reason to send a letter anyway.
