Hey guys, i am a bit worried too. Even though my decision is already made according to UKVI, I have not received any update from visa application center Islamabad. While most of the people who applied on 8th September have received the notification and got their decision. And i believe, there are ashura holidays also coming so i am really worried that it will be delayed even more.
Hear anything yet? Nothing on my end today. Ashura holidays are on Saturday and Sunday btw, luckily. So don't worry about that.

Thank you for the number btw.
Just got the text. Going right now to pick up and see. And there is a holiday on monday and gerrys will be closed on monday so if you get a text today get it by 4 pm.
Still nothing.. Good luck dude.

I just called them and they told me the decision was made on the 25th of September. They told me not to go to the collection centre till they called or texted me. It's been a week, is there any way I can contact the collection centre?

contact the UKVI on this number 0044 2034811736, it is a 24/7 helpline. have a bank card ready for payment, which is £1.37/min on top of the normal landline charges. Ask them about the status of your visa application, you will have to provide your application number (GWFxxxxx).

speak to your uni again, explain about the overall delays in the UK visa application and your case. they should definitely do something to facilitate you. Good Luck

It is so frustrating, i still havent heard anything from the VAC and no correspondence from UKVI. The decision has apparently been made according to UKVI over the phone helpline. Tomorrow is the 15th working day now.

Does anyone have a contact number for the islamabad VAC? or knows anyone in there? any help would be much appreciated.

has anyone heard back?

I am desperately waiting for my visa. I got an email tomorrow to conduct a second interview oher phone call. My skype interview went great. The interviewer was really contented but i dont know what happened that they were unable to make any decision. Any tips on what they going to ask me and when i will receive my visa after tomorrow ?? uk-tier-4-student-visas/second-intervie ... l#p1534836

uk-tier-4-student-visas/2nd-interview-t ... 34287.html

They will ask you about modules. You should know all the names , how it relates with your previous studies , about uni ( don’t say my friends told me , tell them about the research you have done in finding this uni , the course modules everything and after all that you selected this uni ) . All genuine students should have done this in the first place . Future plans .

read the above links you will do just finee.

Goodluck.

My second interview went really well. Like everything was calma nd seems satisfied. Hut i think i messed up anoittle bit in the modules. I stated these modules for my 4th year of BBA:
Business Core
General Education
Major Courses
Electives
Let me know if these are right.
They were on the website of my college in the curriculum section. I asked my advisor and he said that its a year older. So please tell me if these are okay?

Waqas Thanks for wishing my luck but i think i messed up. These are the things I told her and i feel thatthey are going to let my application and case down. Like i told her a different income of my father difeerent from the application, actually much lower, i told her thatthe funds available in my bank account are geen available from 3-4 months. I know i should have extend it. And my course fees is £ 10,510 so i told her thatits approx 10,000 instead of giving her the exact figure. What should I expect from these answer please guide me.

How you knew that your visa has been approved?? Did they send you email like your visa is ready for collection?? Was this email from uk sheffield? Or from islamabad embassy?? I sent passport for visa stamp so will i get email first from islamabad embassy or i will directly get email from vac islamabad for passport collection?

The processed visa application for GWF reference number - GWF0******** was received at the UK Visa Application Centre on 10/11/2017 .
If a courier service was purchased from VFS Global, your processed application will be delivered to the chosen address.
If not, your documents can be collected during the designated passport collection times.

Can anyone tell me what this exactly means. Like it is processed and will be delivered or what? Please tell me thank you

It means passport can be collected, as it very clearly states OR if you purchased courier service, it will be delivered to you, as it very clearly states.
