Indefinite Leave to Enter

Post by surabhi » Wed Oct 04, 2017 7:24 pm

Hi,

Is there any indication on a child visa, who is in a visa' family of settled person', saying the visa is Indefinite Leave to Enter?

I been told by my friend that, a child visa processed from out side Uk, under ' family of settled person' visa, is ILE. Is it true?

appreciate any reply.

thanks

Yes, the visa will say Indefinite Leave to Enter.

Yes, but ONLY if BOTH parents are settled or BC, which is not the case in your circumstances as you are applying for an FLR(M) extension for your spouse. Children will therefore get a visa in the same category as the mother.
