The company(3rd party) I applied for and got the T1E visa has changed so much and I don’t want to put the 200k and decide to start a new cpmpany by myself, will that be OK to the extension?
Can I set up a company with 100P (100share) then invest the money gradually or I need to set up a company with 200k(100share)?
Do I need to register company tax in 6 month or just register the company and directorship in 6 month?
I want to transfer the 200k Investment from the joint account of my wife and I. Will that be fine to the investment requirement?
