Hi,

My daughter was born in UK at time when i did not had ILR and is abroad since few years, i have got my ILR last year, can i register her british citizen while she is abroad based on below ? Thanks alot

Entitlement to registration as a British citizen
Children born in the UK – Section 1(3) and 1(3A) application
Section 1(3) - A child born in the UK whose parents are not British citizens and
were not settled in the UK will have an entitlement to register when one of their
parents become settled in the UK or become British citizens

Child does not have to be living in the U.K. for this kind of registration.

You say you have ILR- are you living in the United Kingdom? It's not enough to have ILR in itself- the parent must also be ordinarily resident in the U.K.
