Permanent visa for Parents of British Nationals or ILR

Post by uzair_zaman » Sun Oct 01, 2017 10:29 pm

Hi,

I currently have ILR and my passport is due in two months.

My question is, my parents live in Pakistan alone. I have one brother who lives in Australia and two of my sisters are married in Pakistan and live with their husbands.

Is there a way to get my parents moved to UK with me permanently?

Thanks in advance.

Regards,
Uzair

Thanks a lot for the information.
This is such a shame that UK has no policy for elderly parents, even though we are paying huge taxes here and contributing in the economy.
But Hey Hoo, we can't do anything :-)

I guess the only way is to move back then!

Thanks again.

Believe me UK taxes are pretty low, I've worked in Denmark and now Ireland, Denmark offset by high earnings, Ireland just tax you for a laugh.

UK is best, decent earning levels and low tax.
