TB certificate when arriving in UK?

Hello,

My spouse has been granted a visa for the UK. She already submitted her TB test certificate when applying for the visa, and it has since been returned to me from Sheffield with her other docs.
We heard that she may need to show this certificate when arriving at Heathrow in a few weeks, but can't find any info about this online. Does anyone know if this is true?

I guess I'll have to post it back to my spouse before she flies to the UK

does anyone know if a copy is sufficient, or it needs to be the original that she brings with her?

I was advised to carry the original certificate with me when travel to UK by IOBM clinic when it was issued.

In some cases people travel with copy where original was not returned by Sheffield in time. But since you have already received it you can post it to your wife.
