Nikah in UK

Hi there,
i am an international student in UK and getting married according to my religeon ( NIKAH ) . my question is does home office have any objection in this case if i get nikah done without applying for COA first, my fiance is british citizen. can i apply for COA after my NIKAH and then register our wedding at local registrer office? please help

Hello,

In my experience you should apply for COA first and there is no reason to deny u. If u got to marry to avoid negative result do not tell them ur married in ya religion way.
