When I'm eligible for PR?

Hi all,

Can anyone please advise me. I was married in 2013 and still didn't got my residence card,my application is under process now. Last 2 application was rejected on treaty rights. I would like to know when I'm eligible for PR after getting my Residence card do I need to wait for 5 years? Or 5 years from wedding?
I appreciate if anyone can answer for this please.

You will qualify for PR if your EU spouse has been exercising treaty rights as a qualified person for the full 5 years.
