I got visa refusal based on birth certificate. They say i did not provide birth certificate but my birth certificate was scanned too. What kind of dumbness is it. They also say i dont have possession of reuired level of funds. But i showed more than reauired amount wjat the hell is this. Are they playing with us?

contact your uni regarding this, if you think you have been wronged, apply for administrative review. they do make mistakes, unfortunately we cant do much. see what your uni advises you

What if my AR is successful but i want change of course now and change of dates with same valid cas?

Like i cant wait till nxt september and my course is not offered in January. So can i change course to different program of same level and different intake date of January instead of september with same and valid cas?? Will ukvi allow this??

His admin got approved so they send asked him to email new university dates to visasheffield. He has provided with the extension letter. what happened to yours. didn't they asked you to submit the new dates ?

Waqas as you have got visa. May i know that did you get 2 notification for collection of passport like 1 notificafion was from ukvi or Islamabad embassy for passport collection and second notification was from vac islamabad?? Or you were only notified once and only by vac?

You will get txt , email and call only from vfs.

He is waiting for the approval email to send passport. He was asked to submit new dates thats it.

No they will call , email and even text. Text usually comes first in morning around 9am. Do let me know how long it took to get stamp.

I submitted on 4 october but not got yet. I am going to make new visa application but my passport is in british high commission i dont know when will they return passport. In how many days you got visa waqas?? What date you submitted application and what date you got visa?? My university has told ukvi that i am not coming to uk to attend course. Your course started 9 october . University are allowed to give 2 weeks extension. Why they reported you now.

There is no 2-week extension. You may be thinking of the 10 working days (=2 weeks) within which a Tier 4 sponsor must report someone's failure to enrol by the specified date.

my application date was
applied 14 june
decision 5 september.

Which application centre did you submitted the passport again. I heard from them it takes 3-4 days to stamp as it happened in most cases not sure.

When decision is made on visa application then why british high commission is xxxx with passport instead of stamping visa in 2 or 3 days??

Is it necessary to attach accommodation proof with visa application?? If yes then can a hotel booking proof can be attached with visa application??

Why are you asking this now, when you have already applied and the visa has been granted?!
