I am currently residing in UK with Tier2-General visa for 5years valid till 2021 (A-rated sponsorship)
I applied Tier-2 General PBS dependant for my wife in INDIA.
It got rejected first time due to not providing enough evidence of subsisting marriage and relationship.
And second time I submitted all the documents to sheffield through post as I was guided wrongly by a solicitor.
It got rejected stating I have not demonstrated any documents.
Now Im going to apply for the Third time.
Im going to provide the following documents

3. Copy of passport (All pages)-attested
4. Bank statements-sealed by bank
5. Tenancy Agreement

Questions
I have spell mistake of my name in my payslips. So Im thinking of not providing it.
1. Is it compulsory to show payslips for a guy who works in a company with A-rated sponsorship ?
Or shall I ignore it ?
2. And I am staying in my brother in laws house (my brother in law is the landlord). Its a 2bedroom house. Will that tenancy agreement be okay for a shared accomodation ?
Please guide me through the correct path. I have already faced two failures and lost a lot of money and time
