Just to note: If your girlfriend is Irish, it's regular Stamp 4 you can apply for, you won't get Stamp 4 EUFAM.

A quick google gets all the details from the INIS website here:

http://www.inis.gov.ie/en/INIS/Pages/De ... ationships
INIS Website wrote:Please note that the De Facto 1 2017 Application Form (below) must only be used when applying for permission to reside in the State as the de facto partner of an Irish national or a legal resident on a Stamp 1, 4 or 5. It must not be used for the EU Treaty Rights immigration purposes.

Retention of residence rejected be deported soon URGENTLY!!!

Post by aracati » Sat Mar 10, 2018 5:04 pm

Hi all,
I am in Ireland for 7 years, holding stamp 4 at moment which experied.

l got divorced less than 3 years so that VISA was cancelled and my last visa was given because my daughter which expired in December 2017.

I never been illegally or deported from the state since.

My ex partner left the state in September 2017 without tell me, saying she will back soon, after 4 months she said will not back anymore. (I have all emails to prove that)

she is breaking court order for Access to my daughter.

I have a court date in may to talk about maintenance.

I have a irish girlfriend for 3 years and 8 months, we are living together for 1 year and 9 months.

I know I could apply for De Facto Partnership , but we are not living 2 years together.

I have to make a repeal in 15 days, i am lost and devastated.

someone could help me with anything, find a solicitor or anything?

thank you.

In my personal opinion, you should re-appeal and that might also take some time, until you hear back from the immigration and after 3 months have passed, you can apply based upon de facto relationship.
