Stater date on FPS

Post by amnaali03 » Sun Sep 17, 2017 1:11 am

Hi Dear members,
I am preparing FPS using moneysoft payroll manager and employee start date is on all FPS, stating from month employee started. For example, he started on 1st August, from August till end of Tax year, it is on all FPS that he stated job in August.

Is this Ok? Bcz it discussed on forum before that FPS of first month of job only shows the starter date.

Thanks for your replies in advance. Regards

The requirement is that the start date should be on the FPS. It does not matter whether it is on one or on all.

In accordance with your instructions, we have complied these unaudited managment accounts in order to assit you to fulfil your statutory responsibilities, from the accounting records and information and explanation supplied to us.

There is no specification for a compilation report.

That should be ok.

I am not an accountant and not clear about Called up and Paid up.

Check with your accountant if both mean the same. I generally prefer Paid up.

Thanks Marcnath for you reply.

Dear Members I need you expert views about another situation;

During year 2016-17 we have not claimed employer NI allowance. I just realised that out of 12 monthly payments to HMRC;
10 months we not claimed
1 month claimed
1 month due to a miscalculation we paid less than non claimed amount, but more than claimed amount.
We have plan to reclaim extra amout paid to HMRC in future.

My question is that; Now if I prepare all documents by claiming employer NI allowance, it will be Ok? Can Home office put an objection that why you claiming now, although you paid extra amount during year 2016-17.

I shall be thankful to you for this help.
Regards

Those are normal business activities and has no impact on your immigration status or applications
