HO Reference No not Accepting

Hi All
HO website used to accept my Ref No of T1 E visa Extension but for aome reasons its no longer accepting it’ just wondering if any one else had the same issue..it just updated once through the same ref but now not recognised..

Have you tried other references like IHS reference, case ID without first 0, royalmail tracking Reference?

I tried without 0 and ir worked once a couple of months back but with the same way if i try now it says didnt recognise..

Only IHS number works on the website.
Use IHSxxxxxxx and then the number.
Best thing is copy and paste the number from the email you received when you applied for extension.

For me non of them working as well. Only tracking number was working that it is not recognised since a couple of months ago. Called ho still under process!

This is a trial service. There is no guarantee it will work or should be relied upon. Official communication will be through the post

Technically, your data (case no., ihs no.) has not been recorded in their system.

This beta service has been running for over a half year, but HO tends to offer it as a trial service in forever. When an applicant points out a problem, they can always make excuses for "trial service". haha

It is offered on trial basis at the moment without any official acknowledgement. This service was started it seems to avoid having to answer hundreds of applicants asking for updates all the time
