Tier-2 General Dependent-Child Application

Hi All,
I came to UK with my Wife in June-2017 on Tier-2 General Visa.(My wife being dependent).
Now I am applying for Tier-2 General Dependent-Child visa for my KId(Age-7 yrs) who is in India.
I have few questions while filling application
1) For maintenance funds ,I am showing my UK Salary account bank statement.
While filling application what do I need to select among
"PARENET OR LEGAL GUARDIAN FUNDS" or "OWN/MAIN APPLICANT FUNDS". ?
2)There is a question like
''Are you accompanying the main applicant or joining them later?" .
What should be filled here ?
Actually for submission of docs at VFS Centre,India my kid will go with her grandfather.But once visa approved ..I will go to india to bring her here,means she will travel with me to here.
3)My Visa end date is 28/05/2020 ( Work end date:14/05/2020) ,but my kid passport expiry date is 05/05/2020,So my kid visa end date would be ?? ( after visa approval)
4) I am filling application in site ( Apply For someone option) ,but as i said earlier she will go with her grandfather to VFS Centre ..So who has sign application ( Applicant signature) ?Is it thumb impression by my kid or guardian sign
5) Do I need to give any letter for authorizing kid grandfather for document submission ?

Any idea what to select in case of Maintenance funds ?
Own/Main applicant funds or parent or legal guardian funds. ( Kid is joining the main applicant who is already in UK)
