In the approval letter it mentions that I need to wait for invitation letter, so apparently there is one more letter I need to wait for. . It also mentions not to contact my local council until I receive ceremony invitation letter.
However I called my council every tuesday to check if they have received my naturalisation certificate yet, as they advised they receive naturalisation certificates every tuesday from Home Office. Once they receive it, the council can book a ceremony for you and email ceremony booking conformation. The tricky bit is even if the council can book your ceremony, you still need to wait for the ceremony invitation letter sent by Home office to you !!

So basically it works like
1. Home office posts you approval letter,
2. Home office posts the council naturalisation certificate
3. Home office posts you again a ceremony invitation letter (You have 21 days to arrange a ceremony from the date you receive this)
4. Now you call council to book a ceremony
5. Now council emails you ceremony appointment email

When 1 & 2 happens, you can ask/request council to do 4 & 5, however you can't attend ceremony until you receive 3 !!!!
