Imp: EC From Pakistan by UK based Student

HI all Viewers,

I am in Pakistan these days came here to apply EC from Karachi, I am on valid Student visa studing MBA, I applied for FLR(HSMP) via solicitor but HO send my douments back and ask me to get EC from Pakistan because my last awarding body is USA base university and i came here for Student Switch over to HSMP EC.

Is that fine I can only provide following along with passort for EC,

1. UK bank statements for sufficent funds,

2. London base House Rent / Tendency Agreement (proof of Accomodation)

3. Final Degree completion certificate and relevent documents

4. All HSMP Points Claims Documents (includes Pakistani Employer Salary Slips, Covering Letters, Tax Documents, UK Naric Certificate of my MSc equal to UK Bachlors, Education document, Age Proof etc)

5. Pakistan based sponsor that sponsor me during education period.

6. UK TAX Registration (NI No)

7. Local Council Registration on Electrol and Employment Register. and register with Employment Agency.

8. covering letter that after getting EC i will continue my MBA studies as a parttime student.
Is that enough because i dont have Pakistani Bank Statement for funds and my past salary was paid to me by either cash or cross cheques.

why did you have to travel back to Pakistan? Could not you switch it here? Is there any problem/restriction to switching your visa from here as many of people I know did not have uk degree but they switch there visa from student to HSMP here in UK, as I am in same sort of scenario as you are. I have applied for HSMP still pending but If I am lucky will get +ve result please guide me what sort of documents they asked for so that I can start preparing those documents. Waiting for your reply.

Hi interior and all

My EC is still in process, but you could tell me as per UK HO rules those who got UK based graduate degree or higher level (ACCA is also a part) course awarded by UK based authorised awarding body can get FLR(HSMP) Extension or Student to HSMP stamping.

How can one student you know get HSMP stamping without above requirement.

Please, can you clearify your statement and give me the details.

YES I GOT EC from Pakistan... on 11th March taking up to 17 working days from my EC application submission on 13th Feb.
