The Home Office normally issues visas with validity period based on the length of your COS letter (start and end date).BuxZED wrote: ↑Sat Oct 14, 2017 4:37 pmHi everyone,
I applied for my tier two general renewal on 25/11/2016 (Tier 2 leave to remain)
At this point I had been on Tier 2 since 17th January 2014; after I converted from Tier 4 Student, 2016 was my first extensions
my question is, whilst my friends have gotten 3 years extension, I have only gotten 1year and 10 months. this falls short of the 5-year requirement to convert to the "Tier 2 indefinite leave to remain" (if I understand this correctly)
does anyone know what's going on?
why the reduction?
how does this affect my chance of renewal?
what should I do proceeding forward?
any help is appreciated
Kind regards
BuxZED
