freedom of movement - British citizen and non-EU spouse

Dear Sir/Madam
My wife is a British Citizen and living in the UK. I am holding a three years valid visit visa "C" Type and currently living in Pakistan. I intend applying for Italy visa to go to Europe on family holidays. I'll join my family in the UK and thereafter we will go to Europe on Coach tour via France. I am applying for Italy Visa as our max stay will be in the Italy.
Do i qualify to apply under category Non-Eu Spouse of EEA or EU citizen or shall I apply as a normal tourist travelling to Europe. We will be travelling as a family from London to Europe.
Moreover what set of documents i need to provide to Italy Embassy in Pakistan with my visa request.
