Absence Calculation

Post by VijayUK » Wed Oct 18, 2017 3:25 pm

Hi ,

I will be applying ILR under PBS Dependant soon and I want to know should I split my absences as per the qualifying years or just put the dates I travelled so that case worker knows it .

Also I have got 350 days out of UK in all 5 years .

Should I put the country that I travelled in the application ?
or Should I write a seperate cover letter mentioning my absences .

Regards,
Vijay

There is NO absence limit under PBS dependant route. Leave it blank if you wish

Thanks Zimba, I understand there is no limit on the PBS Dep Absences .

However I see that everyone should list the absences in the application .

Coming back to my question should I split the qualifying year absences or just list as it is with travel dates, then write a seperate cover letter listing them for years I am qualified.

It is irrelevant what everyone is doing. You can choose to enter them, it has no effect on your ILR
