IHS Surcharge Query

Hi Everyone,

My wife is applying for FLR(M) extension and of the process she is paying NHS Surcharge. While filling the details about me under the section 'The person you are joining or remaining with' she can't find relevant visa route for me. I got my ILR on 10 year basis.

Please advise which visa route & visa type should select?
