after few emails 200K decided

Thank GOD my application (200k) decided.
Doesn't matter what is outcome but i m glad that it is atleast decided.

Applied as a team 23 March 2017
Bio letter 25 April
Bio Done 2nd May
Complex letter 5 May (just my team member received this letter not me)
1st Contact MP mid of June
team member switched into spouse visa end of July.(Decision still pending)(Bcoz of toiec )
2nd contact MP 21st September (and reply from MP that HO will get back to us within 20 days)
5 October i sent an email to HO that i will go for JR if i don't hear from you in couple of weeks.
8 october Received a reply letter(by post) to my email

Status decided 16 october
ihs refund 18 Oct

still waiting for post.

Called HO and asked any tracking number but lady said we don't know any tracking number.we can just confirm that your application is decided.
How can it possible ? Don't they send decision letters via recorded/signed for delivery ???

HO sent me response letter to my Pre Action Protocol letter(but it was just reminder email not PAP Letter).and explained in letter that as you claimed that HO delay is unlawful and your matter is being dealt with by the relevant case working team and they will make a decision as early as possible.

Many Congs, finally some good news. Which means they took almost 7.5 months to decided the application without interview. Why they have to get people suffer for this long if the case can be decided within weeks as this is PBS applicaiton, lets hope for the best for those who are waiting aswell
