Ok... you guys are completely confusing me. Where in the HSMP application does it require proof of funds? When we sent in hubby's first application, there was no requirement. We sent no proof of funds and it was approved. I looked through the new HSMP application and I don't see anything about proof of funds either -- but I'm really tired... so maybe I'm missing something?lynn132 wrote:You know, I was just looking on the LA Consulate page about entry clearance for HSMP and it didn't say anything about proof of funds. This may be because under HSMP we have to demonstrate that in the HSMP application. Unfortunately, you can't email the LA consulate, but you could e-mail the New York consulate and ask them. For some reason they have email and LA doesn't. Weird.
