Which date I can apply for 10 year ILR ?

I came to uk on 28th January 2008 . So exactly which day I can apply for ILR ? December 31 or 1st January 2018 ? I knw it is a silly question , plz reply .

Anyone here recently applied recently from tier 1 entrepreneur to ILR ?
Last week one of my friends , applied from Sheffield PEO , his case was quite straight forward , no overstay , all in date previous applications , never got refused his applications , was sure about about the acceptance .

He came in September 2007 , last visa was entrepreneur, at the time of application , he had 4 months visa left . They just hold the application says further checking required . Please share if anyone of u having same situation?

For SET(LR) to succeed, you need to show that you spent all the 10 years without breaching the rules. HO might need to check you spent the time on Tier 1E period as a genuine entrepreneur particularly if you were not granted extension
