HI NEED HELP FROM ALL I AM ON TIER 1 ENT MY EXTENSION IN DECEMBER 17 BUT MY PARTNER APPLYING FOR ILR IN NOVEMBER ON TEN YEARS ROUTE. WE INVESTED 50% I INVESTED 25000 AND 25000 BY PARTNER. COULD YOU PLZ TELLS DO I NEED TO INVEST 25000 MORE TO COMPLETE 50000, AS MY PARTNER WILL BE PARTNER IN THE BUSINESS AND WILL LEAVE AFTER GETTING VISA. PLZ REPLY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

You don't have to invest again unless he is planning to take all his money out before your extension.

No documents from your partner, your case is not linked to your partner. You can simply share investment and job creation evidence, that is all

I am in the same situation and decision on my application has been made.waiting for decision letter now.


You don't need to do anything. As long as your team member is still your business partner.
Doesn't matter he switched into another category.
you will get your visa as long as you or both team members fulfil investment and job criteria.

As far I know

You d need to send your personal and business bank statements to prove that £25,000 came from your personal account to business account, along with director loan agreements.

Same is the case with your partner. His personal bank statements along with business bank statements will be required to show that funds came from his account to business account, with director loan agreements.

So there will be £50,000 transfers from personal accounts of two directors, and these transfers are supported by director loan agreements.

Just last year insurance certificate

Just 2 or 3 invoices from just eat

I have lease from council
But i didnt send this with application.

All these three documnets are not required according to the policy.
But i think so it helps to asess your genuineness.
