criminal record certificate from UK Required?

Dear Everyone,

I am returning to NHS job after cooling off period . Had been in UK for 2 years before in 2015 and 2016. For my Tier 2 General visa application do i need to provide any criminal record certificate from UK? Please if somebody can respond as i am close to my application time.

Slightly late response.I applied and already received email. I ended up studying a line in criminal record certificate guidance document where it said you have to get it from any country you have been resident for more than 12 months EXCEPT UK.
I received email for my processed application returned to visa application centre. Was too quick responce from home office.
Will let you know what i got tomorrow.

actually you are right, it does say excluding the uk

I have been issued visa . So we can suggest other people from now onwards with confidence.
