Are you referring to this paragraph on page 64? If yes, it says the birth cert of the child which lists both parents names.Children
You must provide an original full birth certificate i.e. one which shows the parents’ names for
all your children. This includes children applying for leave to remain in the UK with you, those
applying separately as a child of a person with limited leave as a partner of a settled person
in the UK or person who is in the UK with refugee leave or humanitarian protection, as well
as children not applying with you and those not subject to immigration control.
aruparthas wrote: ↑Wed Nov 01, 2017 4:26 pmHi All,
I am extending my Spouse & Child 1 Visa Extn.
Main Applicant (myself) - Naturalized british Citizen from India
Child 2 - Born in UK and British Citizen.
Spouse & Child 1 -
Got the 1st visa after I got the British Passport, so I believe they are on a family visa route at the moment.
Going to apply for the extension as the current visa expires on Nov 21st.
Filled the form via https://www.gov.uk/uk-family-visa
In the form, it is asked to provide the parents Birth Certificate of both the child.
* Birth certificate of both of Child 1 parents
* Birth certificate of both of Child 2 parents
I don't have my birth certificate, do we need to give the Parents Birth Certificate?
Any help would be appreciated.
