16/17 Months Visa Approved.

Hi Guys.

Hope you doing well.

By the grace of ALLAH i got approval of my Business visa extension. And like to thanks to all respected members of board, specially Zimba because always zimba give very good advice. And thanks to everyone.

My Timeline:
50k (Director Loan)

Applied : June 2016.
Interview : Sep 2016. (Harrow on skype) (All questions were same as shared by other members on interview topic)
First Mp Request : starting of Feb 2017. (Got Reply that they need six months after Interview)
Second MP Request : End of March 2017. (Got Reply that further checks had send, waiting for Reply)
Third MP Request : Mid of Sep 2017. (just my MP reply me that she gonna write letter to HO and gonna press them for the outcome, because of the time you have had to wait.)
October 2017 : send e-mail for the outcome. (public.enquiries@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk)

I think the members who are waiting from long time than please send the polite e-mail to above mention e-mail address and explain about your visa details, like date of apply, interview (if any) ,date of birth,name,visa category,case ID,etc.

Any questions will be welcome.

Many Congs, thats indeed a very long wait after interview. Hopefully HO temp team will sort out the backlog and made decisions on pending ones. Best wishes for everyone waiting for long time

you have mentioned it was 50k director loan. Kindly can you tell me
is it was third party ( outside UK ) Investment In initial application or in UK account in initial application.

Hello guys
can you please help me to understand the job creation for ILR. (Pre April 2014)

My situation is i have two full time employees working for my business since August and september 2017 and I got approval in october 2017. Both these employees are new in my business. there is no previous employees are working in my business.(Previous employees are,which i got job creation points in first extension)

1)my question is that both employees start working before my approval date so will HO count there period of job after my approval.
2) will there be any issue of starting date of my employees, i mean they start working before my approval.
3) if i hire one more full time employee and than i have 8 months from 1st Nov 2017 to 30th June 2017 to complete 24 months job creation. (8 months for each employee)
4) i have one employee, who is from France and he just start working for my business two months ago. Actually his brother in France working on his name and his brother taking benefits for himself.

will there be any issue for me to claim his job creation because my employee's tax is paying in uk and france.
