LEAVE TO REMAIN

Post by babaissa » Sat Nov 04, 2017 9:39 pm

I CAME TO UK IN 2011 WITH MY WIFE AND MY YOUNG SON ,HE WAS 4 YEARS OLD THAT TIME,
WE APPLIED ASYLUM BUT OUR CASE REFUSED. WE HAVE TWO MORE YOUNG KIDS BORN HERE IN UK.
WE ARE STILL GET SUPPORT FRM HOME OFFICE FOR ACCOMODATION AND FOOD.

I JUST WANT TO KNOW WHAT ROOT WE CAN USE TO APPLY LEAVE TO REMAIL IN THE UK.

A child should have continuous residence in the UK for at-least 7 years to create a base for an application for leave to remain, your 4 yo has been in the UK for 6 years and he's now 10 yo, I guess not enough for FLR(FP) application... or may be further submission or a fresh claim !
