For a course of one academic year, you need to show upfront that you have enough money to pay your tuition fees and living costs for the whole course anyway.
I do not give immigration advice. I refer you to Immigration Rules, guidance, other online content and to your sponsor.

If your intention is just to get education, UK is the best. If you have plans to stay back after studies, there is no PSW after studies unlike other countries. Work visa after studies are favourable if you are in medical field like nurse, doctors etc. The rules are getting strict day by day.

About part time you can work 20 hours per week during the term time and 40 hours during the holidays. You probably will be taking job in fast food take aways, shop assistant jobs etc.

Hope it helps.
