Hi yanaveron,

Your SOLVIT will tell you the list of documents by email.

My Romanian SOLVIT asked for:
"In order for us to be able to fully assess you problem, we kindly ask you to send us the following documents (in copy, via e-mail):
copy of your passport/ID
copy of your wife's passport,
copy of your marriage certificate,
your registration certificate issued by the British authorities
the proof/receipt of the visa application
any correspondence you had with the British authorities"

Last week they have transferred my case to UK SOLVIT.

just typical questions about you and your spouse and your application, nothing major, and if you've got immigration history they will surely ask you about it

Dear Baig,

We u/stand how frustrating it must be for you.

There are no professionals here who can advice you in this forum.
Better to google and gather as much information about appealing yourself or else infm your wife to contact a lawyer in London and appeal from that end.
But I guess lawyer would b sure shot.
Thanks for your message

My wife contact with lawyer in London it's much costly more than 2000£ ???

Hi Baig ,

To appeal you don’t need a lawyer , it’s very simple online application via justice.gov website. Just follow the process I mentioned earlier.I have successfully done this on my own.

But if you need a lawyer use https://www.gov.uk/find-an-immigration-adviser to find a lawyer . xxxxxxxxxxx is a Pakistani law firm u might want to contact them .

Hi Enka,
Last year when my wife and two kids came to the UK on the FP, nothing was asked. We were worried about the TB report that was compulsory if travelling from India, but it does not apply for FP. I believe it applied if travelling on a British spouse visa. They just asked their names and allowed them through.
Regarding your second question, have they put any sort of "Travelling with Partner/EU Spouse" stamp on your passport? I read some blogs where they used to put it. If there is no such stamp, I think they will not bother you, but maybe others can give a better answer on this.

Hi yanaveron,
Maybe they mean the sheet, that TLS centre adviser gave you after submitting all your documents for EEA FP. I have provided this kind of document to my Solvit. Don't forget to give them your application number.
Good luck.

On visa my spouse name is mentioned but not any conditions so I think it should be fine.
