need detailed info on level C1 Council of Europe's Common

Hello everybody ,

Can anyone help me out , how to obtain " my bachelor degree is of comparable to that of level C1 on the Council of Europe's Common European Framework of Reference for Languages: Learning, Teaching, Assessment (CEFR). http://www.coe.int/t/dg4/linguistic/CAD ... #TopOfPage" . I have applied for NARIC letter , but as per http://www.bia.homeoffice.gov.uk/workin ... hlanguage/

Level of C1 is also required with NARIC letter, can anyone help me to come out from this dilemma ?????
