Hi Anup 123
This a good sign that you rcvd previous fees back.
I am hoping your decision is on its way.
Keep us updated!
I phoned today at ukvi contact number but operator said "if you didnt get the decision same day it will process as 6 months standard"
but i dont believe this as we know through this forum people have different timelines.
Moreover, operator wasnt much interested in giving details, didnt even ask my name, dob or case reference.
But i am staying positive as one day decision will come anyway.

Hi,
You're right. I have also called and they were giving some generic information without asking my credentials. Customer service agent also suggested writing a letter to the caseworker that my solicitor did last Tuesday but no update.
stay positive
Thanks

There is no guarantee for a same day decision on premium service.
Ukvi says that standard timeline is 4 to 8 weeks if they need to do further checks.but still many people have to wait weeks or months.
Be patient and hope for a positive outcome.

Hi Many thanks for your kind reply. Today I have posted one letter to the premium service centre and mentioned the case worker name and asking for possible date for application outcome. Is it going to affect my application?

It won't impact anything -ve, as applicant got right to write and ask question on his application. However, if u r thinking that letter will speed up process then it's not necessary as case worker will take his/ her usual time . Hope u will get decision in your favour very soon but if things take longer then involve ur local MP to chase for feedback.

Hi,
I am hoping we all get a positive reply from UKVI soon. However, I personally think they receive letters of daily basis but they put them aside and take no action. In my case on 6th October, the caseworker told me that your passport is still with the FLR (FP) caseworker and they have tried to contact the post room but got no answer, therefore, we will respond you within 2-3 weeks. However, I have emailed to FLR (FP) caseworker on 1st October to forward my documents to the Glasgow PSC as I have booked Set (LR) on 6th October but got no reply from them as well. So wait until 2 months and then get your MP involve.
Good luck all.

Hi,
I am not the expert on the subject, but I guess they check Tax (HMRC), legality of the business (just to check whether you are a true entrepreneur or just set up a business to get the visa), absences (if you are applying on 10 years long residency), previous visas in terms of 3c and criminal conviction if any.
Hope it will give an idea.
Thanks

HO would likely need to check that you have abided by the terms of each visa you have held and for Tier 1 Ent, that all your tax affairs in order, genuine business etc .

Hi Guys,
On this Friday I have received "UK Visas and Immigration Survey" from UKVI stating that "UK Visas and Immigration would like to ask for your feedback about the visa application service in a short online survey. The aim of this survey is to find out how well we met your needs and how we can improve in the future.".
However, my status still says "awaiting decision". Does anyone of this group members receive such survey from UKVI and what does it mean? How would I suppose to give a feedback on something that is not finished as yet?
Thanks

Hi,
That's great to know at least one of your applications is completed now they will be focusing on your SET (LR) and I am hoping for yourself to have an outcome soon.
PS: Have you contacted anyone if yes then who did you contact?
Thanks

Hi Kingfaysal
I didn't contact anyone.
Today i checked my email in detail and noticed that I have rcvd a survey from UKVI about my experience.
Same like your situation I am still awaiting a decision on SET LR. This survey is dated 10 Nov and flrfp status changed to decided on 11 Nov 2017 so I assume that this survey can be a part of previous application decision status.
Hope this piece of information is helpful.
