FLRM- Employment letter ( URGENT)

Hi all,
Can someone please help with an employment letter for FLRM,
Applying for my wife visa extensions shortly.....
If someone can please clarify few points for me please as I just changed my job 3 months ago to a new salaried job and was employed on last job for more than 2 years in a salaried role as well.

1) Do i need employment letter from both new and old employers.

2) To meet the requirements of employment letter and especially the bit that the period and the level of income, as per the application. Can this be achieved by showing start date, level of pay, and and type of employment such as salaried, non-salaried etc or anything else is needed.

You will be relying on Category B. which means you will have to provide last 12 Months payslips and Bank Statements. You should get P45 from your previous employer and attach with the application.
1. Attach P45
2. Attach 3 Payslips from new employer on company letter head or stamped
3. Attach 9 Payslips from Previous employer on company letter head or stamped
4.Get employme nt letter from previous employer confirming last 9 Months earning and date when you left.
5. New employment contract
6. New employer letter confirming you job status. i.e Parmanant, full time, start date.

That is really very help full zzzindagi, appreciate your reply.
The only thing is that because payslips copes are sent in email, so employers wont stamp it however they will provide a letter saying payslip copies provided to me are authentic.
I hope that will be ok according to home office guidance.
