OT - GB driving license timeline

Hi all,

A little bit off topic but maybe someone can advise.
I did apply to exchange my EU driving licence to a GB one recently. This is the last step that started with DCPR, Naturalisation, UK passport back in February

The timeline given by DVLA for the exchange is 3 weeks.

Has anyone exchanged an EU driving licence for a GB one and what were the real timelines? Shorter or longer than 3 weeks?
