No its not..From what he has told us, I feel its highly unlikely that the OP would be successful in obtaining an EEA family permit based on the evidence he has got currently. If he found it difficult to regularise his stay in NL, where his wife is a citizen, what makes him think that it'd be easier done in the UK?sakura wrote:Are you legally married? Can they not apply using the unmarried partner route?
