Your passport, old passport , and spouse passport
BRP
marriage certificate with English translation
6 months payslips, and bank statements for you and spouse
P60 for you and spouse
employment letters
mortgage statement
Life in uk test certificate
English B1 certificate
letters of proof of residency for you and spouse
photocopies of all document

You need to separate your original from photocopies, and put all photocopies in the bottom . no paperclip or striper or any kind of this is required .

I got my BRP card today and it's 31-12-2024 as expiry date! less than 10 years .

It is normal. 2024 is the year the EU has told all member states to change and update all biometric documents to enhance the security features.
